
Dr Tasos Stavrakoglou is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists with over 25 years of experience across medical and surgical dermatology. His practice focuses on the diagnosis and management of complex skin conditions, delivering evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
He completed his specialist dermatology training in London, where he subsequently held consultant dermatologist appointments before relocating to Melbourne. During this time, he developed a strong interest in skin cancer management and dermatologic surgery, and served as a core member of the Multidisciplinary Skin Cancer Network of Northwest London.
His clinical interests include skin cancer diagnosis and surgical management, autoimmune connective tissue diseases, chronic inflammatory dermatoses, hair and sweat gland disorders and men’s dermatology.
Alongside private practice, Dr Stavrakoglou consults at The Alfred Hospital, where he is actively involved in teaching dermatology trainees and medical students through Monash University. He has published in multiple medical journals and remains engaged in ongoing dermatology research and education.

Dr Diana Sorin is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. She is an internationally trained dermatologist. Prior to joining our team, Dr Sorin obtained her dermatology specialist qualifications abroad. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions to her practice. Her areas of interest include general and paediatric dermatology, hair disorders,skin cancer management, procedural dermatology, laser treatments, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr Sorin began her medical journey at Semmelweis University in Hungary. She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degrees in 2008. Following this, she pursued a specialization in dermatology and has worked in tertiary referral hospitals and dermatology centres abroad, including Rabin Medical Centre and Clalit Health Services. She completed a five-year specialist training in dermatology. Previously, Dr. Sorin worked as a Staff Specialist at Clalit Health Services clinics and the Dermatology Laser Unit. She presented her research at the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology Congress and the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting. She has also served as a reviewer for the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. She was actively involved in the education of general practitioners, dermatology registrars, and medical students.
